ART SHOW AND SALE GOLD MINE FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS
|
ENTERPRISE A "Chocolate Lover's Walk" is being added to the second annual "Spring into Enterprise" art show and sale, featuring local artists May 10. The day-long celebration will start with free pansies for the first 250 Enterprise Flower Shop customers. Chocolate Lover's Walk tickets are available at the Enterprise Flower Shop and The Back Fence gallery, both on East Main Street. The tickets are $6 each, or two for $10. The Chocolate Lover's Walk will be from 2 to 4 p.m. More than 20 merchants will provide chocolate delights to each ticket holder. A ticket purchase also qualifies the holder for a drawing for an original watercolor by local artist Val Berger. The art show and sale begins at 4 p.m. with a champagne reception at The Back Fence gallery, 105 East Main St. The drawing for the watercolor on display there will be at 4:30 p.m. Ticket holder needs to be present to win. After the art show, patrons can complete their day with dinner at one of Enterprise's restaurants. Patrons might want to pop in to meet Steve Lear, owner of the new Lear's Main Street Bar and Grill. The evening could be capped off with a movie at the OK Theatre. |
