Tired of the cold and gloom? How about a luau and dance for a little tropical glamour? The Imbler FFA will sponsor a luau from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Imbler High School cafeteria Saturday and a dance beginning at 8 p.m. The tropical dinner will consist of Kahlua pig, chicken long rice, potato and tropical fruit salad, pineapple upside-down cake, coconut pudding also known as haupia and both coffee and punch. After the luau, couples and families can dance the night away or at least until midnight to music designed to suit everyone's tastes. The cost of the luau will be $7 per person, $16 per family or $4 for kids under the age of 12. Admission to the dance will cost $3, $5 per couple or $10 per family. Proceeds will go the the Imbler FFA. For information call Margeret Craig at 534-2311. |
