BEAT CABIN FEVER WITH LUAU, DANCE

Tired of the cold and gloom? How about a luau and dance for a little tropical glamour?

The Imbler FFA will sponsor a luau from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Imbler High School cafeteria Saturday and a dance beginning at 8 p.m.

The tropical dinner will consist of Kahlua pig, chicken long rice, potato and tropical fruit salad, pineapple upside-down cake, coconut pudding — also known as haupia — and both coffee and punch.

After the luau, couples and families can dance the night away — or at least until midnight — to music designed to suit everyone's tastes.

The cost of the luau will be $7 per person, $16 per family or $4 for kids under the age of 12.

Admission to the dance will cost $3, $5 per couple or $10 per family.

Proceeds will go the the Imbler FFA. For information call Margeret Craig at 534-2311.
