The Oregon State Police and West Jordan, Utah, Police Department are asking the public's help to locate missing 35-year old male believed endangered who may be traveling in Oregon, possibly westbound on Interstate 84.

Larry Hutcherson, 35, of West Jordan, Utah, was reported missing Wednesday, by his mother to West Jordan Police Department. Mental health concerns lead his mother and police to believe he is a danger to himself and others. He is also not taking newly prescribed medications. When his mother spoke to him on the phone Tuesday night, he said he did not know where he was.

An OSP trooper and Baker County deputy responded Thursday morning to the westbound Interstate 84 Weatherby Rest Area near milepost 332 about ten miles west of Huntington in Baker County. The officers went to the rest area after an employee found an extensive amount of personal property disposed of in the rest area that was determined to be connected with Hutcherson. An inquiry confirmed he was reported missing.

Hutcherson is believed to be driving a green 2000 Ford Windstar van displaying Utah license Y420VF.

Hutcherson is described as a white male, 5-foot-10, 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is also described as having a dark complexion.
