DONIVAN NEW PRESIDENT OF RENTAL OWNERS' GROUP OF NORTHEAST OREGON

Tim Donivan, a financial consultant with Salomon Smith Barney in La Grande, has been elected president of the Rental Owners Association of Northeast Oregon.

Wayne Simonis will serve as vice president, Joanie Busey as treasurer and Marge Woodford as secretary.

Other board members for the coming year will be Ed Hegele, Lonnie Lester and Jim McElroy.

McElroy was honored as the State Rental Owner of the Year at the Oregon Rental Housing Association conference in Salem last month.

McElroy served as president of the local association for two years and owns rental units and a printing business in Baker City. He was the local associations Rental Owner of the Year.

The local group meets at noon on the second Thursday of the month at Ten Depot restaurant in La Grande. Anyone interested is invited to attend. For information call Leslie Hasse, 963-4156, or McElroy, 541-523-2621.
