DOG DAYS AT FAIR

Tessa Kuppinger, 12, of Joseph takes her border Collie cross, Darcy, through the canine obstacle course at the Wallowa County Fair Wednesday. The fair, which began Monday, will run through Saturday. With emphasis on 4-H and FFA, events include sewing, art work, cooking, animal showing and a livestock sale.
