Wearing a crown, and performing the corresponding duties that entails, arent new to McDonald, who will be a senior at Elgin High School this fall.
McDonald has spent the past year serving as queen of the Catherine Creek Rodeo.
She is the daughter of Tom and Sheri McDonald.
