FISHING DERBY

Cold and wet weather didn't deter Bailey Powell, 6, of La Grande from competing in the annual Fishing Derby at Morgan Lake Saturday. The derby is for children up to 16 years old and is sponsored by the La Grande Optimist club. Bi-Mart supplied prizes to the winners.
