PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT: February 10, 2014

 

La Grande Police

Accident: No one was injured in an accident at 2315 L Ave. Friday night.

Accident: No one was injured in an accident at 1502 Pine Street.

Union County Sheriff

Accident: No one was injured at Adams Avenue and Fir Street Friday afternoon.

Arrested: Samuel Paul Coot, 30, Elgin, was arrested Friday night on a charge of first-degree theft.

Arrested: Scott Edward Kleeman, 41, unknown address, was arrested Friday night on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Arrested: Christopher Lee Jordan, 35, unknown address, was arrested by Baker County Sheriff’s Office on a Union County warrant charging violation of a release agreement.

Arrested: Steven Michael Zacharias, 48, unknown address, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information to police.

Cited: Johnathan Sparks, 18, and Amy Sparks, 40, both of Elgin, were cited Saturday afternoon on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass.

Arrested: Ricky Leroy Potter, 51, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging three counts of strangulation, three counts of fourth-degree domestic assault, menacing and harassment.

Cited: Mary Ann Norton, 46, La Grande, was cited Sunday on charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft (two counts).

Arrested: Andrew Thomas Nelson, 23, North Powder, was arrested while lodged in the Union County Correctional Facility on charges of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft and third-degree theft.

Arrested: Paul Ivy Graves, 42, unknown address, was arrested by Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office (Idaho) on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on original charges of DUII-felony, refusing intoxicant test, improper  use of center lane and operating motor vehicle with no driver’s license.
