La Grande Police
Accident: No one was injured in an accident at Spring and Washington avenues Friday morning.

Arrested: Ronald A. Buckner, 42, La Grande, was arrested Friday afternoon on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on an original
Arrested: Jacob Allan Waibel, 21, LA Grande, was arrested Saturday night on charges of possession of meth, possession of heroin and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Union County Sheriff
Arrested: Byron Truman Tate, 48, unknown address, was arrested Saturday afternoon by the Pendleton Police Department on two Union County warrants charging 1) failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a Schedule 3 substance and 2) failure to appear on an original charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
Accident: No one was injured in an accident near Morgan Lake and Glass Hill roads Saturday night.
Cited: Damen S. Sutherland, 24, La Grande, was cited Sunday on a charge of third-degree theft.
Cited: Thomas Dwayne Mayberry, 51, Union, was cited Sunday on charges of failure to perform duties of a driver
Cited: Trudy Potter, 50, Elgin, was cited Sunday on two counts of animal abandonment.
Oregon State Police
Arrested: Glenn F. Nichols, 58, unknown address, was arrested Friday by Bend Oregon State Police on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on an original charge of reckless driving.
Arrested: Kendrah Marie Snyder, 31, unknown address, was arrested Saturday by Salem Oregon State Police on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth.
Arrested: Mariah Christine Meeks, 18, unknown address, was arrested by Salem Oregon State Police on a Union County warrant charging probation violation on original charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
La Grande Fire and Ambulance
La Grande Fire and Ambulance crews responded to 11 calls for medical assistance Friday.
Crews responded to four calls for medical assistance Saturday and five calls for medical assistance Sunday.
La Grande Rural Fire
At about 11:50 a.m. Friday an engine responded to a report of a semi-truck fire on Interstate 84 near milepost 250. The truck had hot brakes and there was no fire.
At about 12:45 a.m. Saturday an engine responded to the Flying J for a grease fire in the kitchen. The fire was quickly extinguished by an employee with a fire extinguisher and no damage was done.
One person was transported to the hospital by ambulance just before 8 a.m. Sunday when a crew responded to a singe-vehicle rollover crash on I-84 near milepost 273.
