Judge Russ West on Monday raised bail for each of the defendants, setting it at $300,000 each. At the time of their arrests, bail had been set at $250,000 each. West said he will require a hearing prior to their release. They are currently lodged in the Union County Correctional Facility.
The Millers were arrested Friday by the Union County Sheriff’s Office following an April 23 joint secret indictment, according to court documents. The crimes allegedly took place between June 2011 and July 2013.
