La Grande Police Accident: Nobody was injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle accident at Willow Street and Cove Avenue. Arrested: John Robert Wagner, 28, unknown address, was arrested by the Springfield Police Department Saturday morning on a Union County parole and probation warrant for an alleged parole violation. The warrant is connected to an original charge of delivery of heroin. Arrested: Trudy Potter, 49, Elgin, was arrested Saturday night on a parole and probation detainer. Arrested: David P. Hernandez, 22, unknown address, was arrested Sunday morning on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Arrested: Jeffrey A. Smith, 30, La Grande, was arrested Sunday morning on a charge on driving under the influence of intoxicants. Arrested: Brandy L. Erdman, 35, Elgin, was arrested Sunday night on a parole and probation detainer. Union County Sheriff Arrested: Cody Ray Sartin, 31, an Idaho resident, was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Arrested: Mitchell Clifton Carter, 20, unknown address, was arrested Friday night on a parole and probation detainer for alleged possession of a controlled substance, less than an ounce of marijuana. Arrested: James William Brown, 45, North Powder, was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly violating a stalking order. Arrested: Robert Gilbert Chandler, 34, unknown address, was arrested on two Union County warrants Sunday night. The warrants were for charges of failure to appear in court on a charge of telephonic harassment and failure to appear in court on charges of fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.
