READY TO VOTE?
Tuesday is the last day for citizens to register if they want to vote in the May 21 primary.
The same date is also the last chance to change party affiliations before the election.
To register to vote, an Oregonian must be 18 or older and be a U.S. citizen. Citizens can register to vote at county election offices and DMV offices, or they may mail in the registration form that is available at most post offices, banks and schools, Secretary of State Bill Bradbury said.
Registration forms can be downloaded from the secretary of state's Web site: www.sos.state.or.us.
Registration cards must be postmarked by Tuesday in order to be valid for the primary.
