Andrea Eileen (Coe) Scott
Formerly of Elgin
Andrea Eileen (Coe) Scott died Feb. 5 of natural causes at her residence in Monroe. Andrea was born to William Coe and Marjorie (Tracy) Coe Breshears on Aug. 24, 1950, and grew up in Elgin. She graduated from Elgin High School in 1968.
She worked as a bartender and highway construction flagger in various communities in Oregon and Washington. For the last number of years she lived and worked near Alpine, where she had a number of close friends that she met through her companion, Jim Nixon, who preceded her in death.
Andrea is survived by her mother, Marjorie Breshears of McMinnville; son, Brent Coe of Camas, Wash.; daughter, Dixie Walters of Onalaska, Wash.; son, Curtis Scott of Littleton, Colo.; six granddaughters and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Coe, and brother, Billy Coe.
An interment service will take place this summer in Elgin.

Marvin C. Elsberry, 89, La Grande, died Sunday at La Grande Post Acute Rehab. A full obituary will be published later. Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory will be handling the arrangements.
Genevieve Madsen, 88, of Union, died Friday at a local care facility. A full obituary will be published later. Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory will be handling the arrangements.
Lois Soles, 82, of Union died Thursday at her home. Arrangements will be announced later by Daniels~Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center.
Anjellica JuliaFay Grubbs
Anjellica JuliaFay Grubbs, 20, of Elgin, died Feb. 15 at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho. A celebration of her life will be held at 4 p.m. March 1 at the Christian Life Center in Elgin. To sign the online guest book, visit danielsknopp.com.
Anjellica was born on March 23, 1993, in Evanston, Wyo., where she was educated. She later came to Union County, where she was a proud and loving mother of two boys. She loved spending time with her precious boys and taking them to the park. She also enjoyed riding horses, swimming, the outdoors, camping, fishing and drawing. She cherished times spent with her mother and sisters. She loved to laugh, was loved by all who knew her and she will be missed dearly and never forgotten, family members said.
Survivors include her parents, Kerry and Stacey Plummer of Summerville; sons, Bentley Grubbs and Kayden Howell, both of Elgin; sisters, Taylor Orton of Wyoming, Destiney Plummer of Summerville, Kaysee Plummer of Summerville, Hailey VanArsdale of La Grande and Ashley Waters of Elgin; grandparents, Penny Orton of Wyoming and Susie and Farrold Millering of Elgin; aunts, Crystal Plummer of Elgin and Stacey Lowther of Wyoming; uncles, Van Plummer of Elgin and James Lowther of Wyoming; great-aunts, Shannie Crawford of Wyoming and Gina VanArsdale of La Grande.
