Gloria was born Jan. 21, 1929, in La Grande to Adren and Leona See. She was the third oldest of seven children. She was from a musical family. She played the piano, the organ and had a beautiful alto singing voice. Her talents were enjoyed by all on many occasions. They were blessed with six children, four sons and two daughters. Gloria was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She served in many positions, her favorites being playing the organ and teaching Relief Society.

She was a homemaker, a wonderful cook and baker, family members said. She had a fun personality and was always up for a good laugh. She was a warm and generous person, kind and loving to all she came in contact with.
