Ricard Hoskin Island City Ricard Hoskin, 78, of Island City, died Oct. 5 at his home. A graveside committal service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 13 at the Island City Cemetery, followed by a memorial service at 11 at the First Baptist Church in La Grande. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. A complete obituary will be published at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Daniels~Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center.
