Virginia R. Bay

Formerly of La Grande

1931-2011

Virginia Ruth (Munsey) Bay, 79, of Tenino, Wash., and formerly of La Grande, died Aug. 19 at her home.

Virginia was born Aug. 12, 1931, to Ethyl and Harry Munsey in La Grande. She graduated from La Grande High School in 1950. That same year, she married her high school sweetheart, Dean N. Bay, on Oct. 2, 1950.

She is survived by her four children, Kathy Beaudoin of Tenino, Linda Kyllo of New Castle, Wash., Janet Jolibois of Tacoma, Wash., and David Bay of Tacoma; sister, Jeannie Rodrigues of Sequim, Wash.; husband, Dean; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Bay.

Cove

John William Ridder, 76, of Cove, died Oct. 15 while traveling in the Netherlands. A full obituary will be available later. Loveland Funeral Chapel and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
