Roma I. Coe, 85, of Elgin, died Sept. 19 at a care facility in La Grande. A complete obituary will be published at a later date. Loveland Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Patricia L. Kincade, 80, of La Grande, died Sept.17 at her home. A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at Loveland Funeral Chapel.

David E. Sherod

Formerly

of Wallowa County

David E. Sherod, 51, formerly of Wallowa County, died Aug. 6. A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m., Sept. 24 at the Enterprise Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Internment in the Sherod family plot at the Wallowa Cemetery follows at approximately 3:30 p.m.
