David J. Meehan, 58, of La Grande, died Sept. 28 at a local care center. A full obituary will be available later. Loveland Funeral Chapel and Crematory is in charge the arrangements.

Formerly of Union
Estella (Lloid) West, 91, of Milwaukie and formerly of Union, died Sept. 9 at home. A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Oct. 8 at the Union Cemetery. A complete obituary will be published later.
