Ray Wilhelm, 77, of Elgin, died Sept. 5 at his home. A viewing will run from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Loveland Funeral Chapel.

A casual dress graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest East Cemetery in La Grande.
