A mass of Christian burial for Larry Fuerstenberg, who died Feb. 6, will begin at 10 a.m. Feb. 17 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in La Grande.
Larry was 68 and lived in La Grande. A full obituary will be available later. Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Laura E. Antles
Laura Eleanor Davis Antles, 98, of La Grande, died Feb. 4 at her home. Services are not planned at this time. Loveland Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Eleanor was born Nov. 24, 1913, in Northfield, Ohio, to Charles Millard and Bessie (Agnew) Davis. She married Archer Alva Antles. He died in 1986.
Eleanor was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church.
Eleanor is preceded in death by her husband, Archer, and her son, Arden Antles. She is survived by three grandchildren.

Robert E. Griffin
Robert Edward Griffin, 58, of La Grande, died Feb. 4 at his residence with his family by his side. A celebration of his life will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Loveland Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Cove Cemetery.
Robert was born Feb. 23, 1953, in La Grande. He was raised by his grandparents, Boots and Tiny Boynton. On March 5, 1983, Robert married Kelli D. Knudson.
Robert served his country in the United States Navy. After an honorable discharge, he was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad as a conductor and brakeman.
He enjoyed working on cars, car racing and hunting. His favorite sport was dirt-track racing.
He is survived by his spouse, Kelli; his children, Joseph (Emily) Nelson of California, Michelle Griffin and Shane McIntosh of La Grande, Katie Griffin of La Grande, Bridgette (Tim) Smolkowski of Idaho and Shane (Carri) Griffin of Imbler; his siblings, William Griffin of Portland, Sharon Lincoln of La Grande and Candy (Dave) Bogenreif of La Grande; 13 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Seward “Boots” and Elizabeth “Tiny” Boynton.
Lynn A. Henderson
Lynn Alan Henderson, 62, of La Grande, died Feb. 4 at a local care home in La Grande. His memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Loveland Funeral Chapel. A reception will follow at Northeast Oregon Transit Center.
Lynn was born Jan. 21, 1950, in Pendleton. His parents were Grant Henderson and Grace (Bensel) Henderson. Lynn was raised on his father’s hog farm in Summerville. Later when his father was ill, he helped run the farm.
He graduated from Imbler High School and served in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1975 during the Vietnam War. He received the Vietnam Service Medal as well as the Meritorious Unit Commendation and Good Conduct Award. He served on the U.S.S. Samuel Compers and was very proud to be a veteran.
Lynn and Gayleen Ringer married in 1976 and again in 1997. He was employed by the logging and farming industry. Lynn was a member of the Grande Ronde Community Church. In his early years, he was a member of the La Grande A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being outdoors.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Gayleen of La Grande; his sister, Durinda Fries of the Tri-Cities area; his Aunt Lois Henderson of La Grande; five step-sons, Matt, Joe, Chad, Jeff and Tom; three nephews; two nieces; his mother-in-law, Norma Ringer; sister-in-law, Metta Willmarth; and several grandchildren and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Grant Henderson; and his mother, Grace Olsen; and a former spouse, Linda Henderson.

Dorothy L. Williams
Dorothy Lorena Williams, 93, of La Grande, died Feb. 5 at Grande Ronde Hospital. A service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Summerville Cemetery Chapel.
Dorothy was born Dec. 11, 1918, to George and Nora Ella (Wise) Crouser in Imbler. She graduated from Imbler High School. In her younger years, she worked for Del Monte and then St. Joseph’s Hospital.
On April 4, 1948, she married John Oswald Williams. He preceded her in death on Sept. 29, 1999.
She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and gardening and canning.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, John and Cate Williams of Crystal Lake, Ill., Thomas Williams of La Grande, Diane and Tim Arnst of Clatskanie and Susan and Larry Staab of Keizer; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Annie Furman, George Crouser, Harvey Crouser, Fred Crouser, Lyle Crouser, Gladys Posey and Betty Terry.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Diabetes Association in care of Daniels-Knopp, 1502 Seventh St. in La Grande.
