IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF UNION In Probate In the Matter of the Estate of NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS JOSEPH ZORN, Deceased Case No. 07-11-8054 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Martin Leuenberger has been appointed and has qualified as the Personal Representative of the estate. All persons having claims against the estate are hereby required to present the same, with proper vouchers, to the Personal Representative at the law offices of Coughlin, Leuenberger & Moon, P.C., 1650 Dewey Street, P. O. Box 1026, Baker City, Oregon, 97814, within four months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they may be barred. All persons whose rights may be affected by the proceedings in this estate may obtain additional information from the records of the Court, the Personal Representative or the attorney for the Personal Representative. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: Sealed Bids for 1P Based Telephony System for Pine Eagle School District will be received at the Union-Baker Education Service District Office, 10100 N. McAlister, Island City, OR 97850 until 12:00 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2008. At this time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents are available at http://www/ubesd.k12.or.us/RFP or at the Union-Baker ESD office in Island City, OR, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All bidders must be Schools and Libraries Universal Service Program Providers (E-Rate) and be willing to accept e-Rate discounts as a form of payment. This project will be funded only by E-Rate discounts and other grants obtained by the school district. The scope of work for his project shall include, but not be limited to, all necessary crafts required by the nature of the specific project. Pine Eagle School District may reject any bids not in compliance with all prescribed requirements, will al public bidding procedures and may reject, for good cause, any and all bids upon a finding of the district that is in the public interest to do so.
