NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPERTY ANNEXATION The City of La Grande Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Session on Tuesday, January 8, 2007, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the La Grande City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, to consider annexing a portion of the Union County Fair Grounds, situated as described below, into the City Limits. The subject property is located in the PF Public Facilities Zone located in the City of La Grande's Urban Growth Boundary; T2S, R38E, Section 31, Portion of Tax Lot 1400, La Grande, Union County, Oregon. The applicant is Union County. The applicable land use regulations are found in City of La Grande Ordinance Number 2978, Series 2001. This matter will be referred to the La Grande City Council for a decision. A copy of the application and all information related to the proposal is available for review at no cost, with copies supplied at a reasonable cost. A Staff Report will be available for review seven (7) days before the Planning Commission Hearing and can also be supplied at a reasonable cost.
