ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Consulting Engineering Services for Infrastructure Improvement Project The City of La Grande is soliciting statement of qualifications form engineering firms for consulting services to provide overview and approval of plans, specifications and bid documents; to provide requested project engineering services; and other engineering consulting services on a project by project basis. For a firm to be considered four (4) copies of their qualifications shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Copies of RFP documents may be obtained at the City of La Grande, Engineering Division. The firm shall provide their mailing address, telephone and fax numbers when documents are requested.
