You are hereby notified that a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship has been filed alleging your child to be dependent and praying that an order be issued declaring said child to be dependent and that all parental rights be terminated and said child be declared under the jurisdiction of the court for such disposition as the court deems best.
You have important legal rights and you must take steps to protect your interests. In order to defend your parental rights, you are summoned to appear at a court hearing at 8:30 a.m. on April 19th, 2007, at the Juvenile court, 5501 - 6th Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98406. If you do not appear at the hearing, the court may enter an order without further notice to you.
You have the right to speak on your own behalf, to introduce evidence, examine witnesses, and receive a decision based solely on the evidence presented. You have a right to have a lawyer represent you at the hearing and help you by looking at the files, talking to involved parties, helping you to understand your rights and the law. If you cannot afford a lawyer, the court will appoint one to represent you. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to ORS 477.250, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Northeast Oregon Forest Protection (NEO) District, 611 20th Street, La Grande, Oregon, on Monday, April 23, 2007, at 9:00 A.M., to receive from any interested persons suggestions, advice, objections or remonstrances to the proposed budget for the forest protection district. A copy of the tentative budget for the forest protection district may be inspected during normal working hours. NOTICE OF BUDGET
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Union, Union County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 will be held at the Almquist Chambers, 342 S. Main Street, Union, OR. The meeting will take place on the 16th day of April, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 16 at City Hall, 342 S. Main Street, Union, OR, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

I, Boyd Rasmussen, Sheriff of Union County, do hereby certify that, by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Union County on the 21 day of March, 2007, on a judgment rendered by said Court wherein Becky S. The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service will hold a pre-proposal conference for all parties interested in submitting a lease proposal in response to the Government's solicitation for office space in La Grande, Oregon. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to explain the Government's lease requirements, solicitation provisions, lease clauses, and to assist interested parties in understanding how to submit complete proposals. The pre-proposal conference is informational, and attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not required for a party to be eligible to submit a lease proposal.
