This summons is published pursuant to the order of the circuit court judge of the above entitled court, dated March 12, 2007. The order directs that this summons be published once each week for three consecutive weeks, making three publication sin all, in a published newspaper of general circulation in Union County.

The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service will hold a pre-proposal conference for all parties interested in submitting a lease proposal in response to the Government's solicitation for office space in La Grande, Oregon. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to explain the Government's lease requirements, solicitation provisions, lease clauses, and to assist interested parties in understanding how to submit complete proposals. The pre-proposal conference is informational, and attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not required for a party to be eligible to submit a lease proposal.
