Publish: June 12, 19, 26, 2007 Legal no. 2880 _________________ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE CITY OF UNION PLANNING COMMISSION The Union Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, June 27th, 2007, at 7 PM, in the Leonard Almquist Council Chambers, Union City Hall, 342 S. Main Street, on the application of (Karen Waliser) for a minor partition application. The legal description is (04S 40E 18BC, tax lot 400). The applicable criteria are found in the Applicable criteria for the Planning Commission's decision are the following: Zoning Ordinance 337, Sections 3.510 Uses permitted outright in a residential (R) zone and the Subdivision and Partition Ordinance 418, sections 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11. A copy of the application and all documents and evidence submitted to the City are available for inspection at no cost at the Union City Hall during normal business hours (9 AM - 1 PM, Mon., Tues., Thurs., & Fri.: & 5 - 7 PM Wed.). Copies will be provided upon request, at reasonable cost, and mailed if requested. A copy of the staff report on this application will be available for inspection at no cost no less than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing during regular business hours or copies will be provided upon request at reasonable cost. Testimony may be presented orally at the hearing or by written statement presented at or before the hearing. Testimony and evidence must be directed toward the applicable criteria or to other criteria in the Zoning Ordinance or Land Use Plan that are believed to apply. Failure to raise any issue with sufficient specificity to afford the City Council and other parties an opportunity to respond to the issue will preclude appeal based on that issue.
