I, Boyd Rasmussen, Sheriff of Union County, do hereby certify that, by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Union County on the 9 day of May, 2007, on a judgment rendered by said Court wherein MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION, its successors and/or assigns is the plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ASSIGNS OF DAVID B. GROAT; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; and DOES 1 through 10, inclusive, is/are the defendant(s), said Writ of Execution being in favor of said plaintiff and against the real property of said defendant(s), together with written instructions commanding me to make sale of all of the right, title, claim and/or interest of the defendant(s) in and to the following certain real property, and directed to me the Sheriff of Union County, Oregon, I did on the 30 day of May, 2007, at the instance of the above-named plaintiff levy upon all the interest of the within named defendants, of, on and to the following described real property:

The Elgin Rural Fire Protection District is soliciting bids for the construction of a new fire station at the S.E corner of Baltimore Street and North 10th. Avenue in Elgin, Oregon. The structure is a 91 ft. x 70 ft. pre-engineered steel structure. documents may be reviewed and procured at the office of Appellation Engineering and Consulting, LLC, 513 North Wilbur Avenue, Walla Walla, WA. 99362. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per document set. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 pm pacific daylight time on July 16, 2007. Bids will be received at the Elgin City Hall at 180 North 8th. (P.O. Box 128) Street, Elgin, Oregon 97827. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. Anyone proposing any addenda must present their request to the Engineer by July 10, 2007.

This is a prevailing wage rate project and all BOLI fees and documents are to be submitted by the contractor. Financing is through USDA Rural Development.
