TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Dan Boothman and Pat Boothman, as tenants in common, as grantor, to Eastern Oregon Title, as trustee, in favor of New Century mortgage Corporation, as beneficiary, dated 01/28/99, in the mortgage records of Union County, oregon, as 991146 and subsequently assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association, in its capacity as Trustee under that certain Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-HE1 by Assignment recorded as 20070138, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: The Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Block, numbered ten (10) in Swackhamer's Addition to North Union, in the City of Union, Union County, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition; Also the South 4 feet of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/2) of said block numbered ten (10) in Swackhamer's Addition to North Union, in the City of Union, Union County, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 916 NORTH GALE STREET, UNION, OR 97883. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of $717.01 beginning 01/01/07; plus late charges of $16.80 each month beginning 01/16/07; plus prior accrued late charges of $0.00; plus advances of $1,527.26; together with title expense, costs, trustee's fees and attorney's fees incurred herein by reason of said default; any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein; and prepayment penalties/premiums, if applicable. By reason of said default the beneficiary has declared all sums owing of the obligation secured by the trust deed immediately due and payable, said sums being the following, to wit: $30,732.81 with interest thereon at the rate of 11.5 percent per annum beginning 12/01/06; plus late charges of $16.80 each month beginning 01/16/07 until paid; plus prior accrued late charges of $0.00; plus advances of $1,527.26; together with title expense, costs, trustee's fees and attorneys fees incurred herein by reason of said default; any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein; and prepayment penalties/premiums, if applicable. WHEREFORE, notice hereby is given that the undersigned trustee will on September 24, 2007 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock, A.M. in accord with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the following place: inside the main lobby of the Daniel Chaplin Building, 1001 4th Avenue, in the City of La Grande, County of Union, State of Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the described real property which the grantor had or had power to convey at the tie of the execution by grantor of the trust deed, together with any interest which the grantor or grantor's successors in interest acquired after the execution of the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee. NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE WALLOWA-WHITMAN NATIONAL FOREST

The Bald Angel Sale is located withing T6S, R42E, Sec. 33 and 34; T7S, R42E, Sec. 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 23; T7S, R43E, Sec. 6, 8, 9, 16, 17 and 20, Willamette Meridian. The Forest Service will receive sealed and oral bids in public at Wallowa-Whitman NF Headquarters; 1550 Dewey Avenue; Baker City, Oregon 97814 at 10:00 AM local time on 08/02/2007 for an estimated volume of 2818 CCF of Douglas-fir and Western Larch sawtimber, 3481 CCF of Ponderosa pine sawtimber, and 681 CCF of White Fir and Other sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting, In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated volume of 1630 CCF of White Fir and Other non-saw that the bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of Softwood Other non-saw that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate. This is a small business set-aside sale. If no self-certifying small business concern make a valid bid, the Forest Service will readvertise this ale without restrictions on bidder size. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public form the La Grande Ranger District, La Grande, Oregon; or Forest Headquarters, Baker city, Oregon.
