Wilson, Wilson Family Ranches, LLC or Wilson Cattle Co. including a claim stating that the "future development of the property may include commercial development to service the proposed residential development surrounding this property and the growing tourist volume in the area". The property is located north of North Powder River Lane, southwest of the City of North Powder and described as Twp. 6S, Range 39 EWM, Tax Lot 3201, about 4.30 acres, in an A-1 Exclusive Farm Use Zone. The meeting will take place on the 14th day of June 2007 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 1 at the Union County Office, 1106 K Avenue, La Grande, or at the Wallowa County Commission Office at 101 S. River, Enterprise between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
