Publish: March 23, 24, 26, 27, 2007 Legal no. 2736 __________________ Request for Applications For Community Dispute Resolution Services Notice is hereby given that Union County and the State of Oregon acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon for the University of Oregon School of Law (Grantor) are initiating the application and selection of process for grant funds available to eligible community dispute resolution programs in Union County under ORS 36.155. The grant period is July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009, subject to funding authorization by the 2007 Legislature. Assuming funding for 2007-2009 is reauthorized by the 2007 Legislature, grant funds for Union County will be approximately $22,985 for this period. Applications must be received by May 4, 2007 at 5:00p.m. Late application will not be considered.
