If you fail to appear and defend, the plaintiff will apply to the court for relief demanded i the complaint. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Plaintiffs allege that Defendants have failed to make payments as agreed in a Land Sale Contract for purchase of real property located in Union County. SUMMARY OF DEMAND FOR RELIEF: Plaintiffs seek a decree requiring Defendants to Plaintiffs the unpaid contract balance of $34,719.17 with interest at the rate of 6.5% annum from December 29, 2006 until paid, together with Plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs. If Defendants fail t pay these sums to the Clerk of the Court within sixty (60) days of the date of decree, Plaintiff seek an Order that Defendants be forever foreclosed of all interest i the property, Plaintiffs put in immediate possession of the property, and Plaintiffs have Judgment against Defendants for Plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs. Plaintiffs also seek an Order that Defendants NCO Portfolio Management, Inc., c/o Daniel N. Gordon, P.C., and Brooke R. Taylor be forever foreclosed of all interest or claim in the real property except for any equitable right of redemption NOTICE TO THE DEFENDANT: READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY! NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY (Foreclosure) By virtue of a Writ of Execution dated February 22, 2007, for the sale of real property issued out of the above-entitled Court in the above-entitled cause, to me directed and pursuant to a General Judgment of Foreclosure entered in said Court on February 5, 2007, wherein it was decreed that a certain real estate mortgage held by Plaintiff be foreclosed and that the real property subject to the lien of said real estate mortgage be sold, which Writ of Execution commanded me to sell that real property to satisfy the indebtedness set forth in said decree, in favor of Plaintiff United States of America and against Defendant Anne C.
