I, Boyd Rasmussen, Sheriff of Union County, do hereby certify that, by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Union County on the 13th day of December, 2006, on a judgment rendered by said Court wherein AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES INC., a Delaware corporation, d.b.a. AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES (DE), INC., f.k.a. AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE, INC., a Delaware corporation is the plaintiff, and RUTH ALMA, HEIR OF JOHN C. KIRKPATRICK, Deceased; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND /OR DEVISEES OF JOHN C. KIRK PATRICK, Deceased; and JOHN DOE(S) and/or JANE DOE(S); and ALSO ALL OTHER PERSONS AND PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN IS/ARE THE DEFENDANT(S), said Writ of Execution being in favor of said plaintiff and against the real property of said defendant(s), together with written instructions, commanding me to make sale of all of the right, title, claim and/or interest of the defendant(s) in and to the following certain real property, and directed to me the Sheriff of Union County, Oregon, I did on the 22nd day of December, 2006, at the instance of the above-named plaintiff levy upon all the interest of the within named defendants, of, on and to the following described real property;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Block 27 of M.A. STEVENSON'S ADDITION to Elgin, Union County, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition; thence East along the South line of said block a distance of 100 feet; thence at right angles North 70 feet; thence at right angles West 100 feet to the West line of said Block 27; thence South along the West line of said Block a distance of 70 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the South 7 feet of the West half of Block 27, M.A. STEVENSON'S ADDITION TO Elgin, Union County, Oregon.
Together with a 1973 Gentry Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification Number N3185AS4766UX which was detitled and is part of the real property.
Notice is hereby given that I will on the 25th day of January 2007, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the front lobby of the Union County Sheriff's Office at 1109 K Avenue, La Grande, Union County, Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and/or claim of the defendants in the above described real property subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder for cash, in hand, at public oral auction.
SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL PRIOR LIENS.
