IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON, you are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled court on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons; if you fail to so appear and answer, Plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in their complaint, to wit:

1. Judgment against the above-named Defendants, in the amount of $9,404.83 together with prejudgment interest at the rate of 8.0% per annum and post judgment interest at the rate of 9.0% per annum until the judgment has been paid in full.

2. Requiring the above-named Defendants to pay Plaintiff's costs, disbursements and attorney fees reasonably incurred herein.

3. Awarding Plaintiff other relief as the court deems appropriate.

This summons is published by order of the Honorable Phillip Mendiguren, Judge of the above-entitled court entered on the 12th day of January, 2007, directing publication of this summons once each week for four consecutive weeks in the La Grande Observer, a newspaper published and of general circulation in La Grande, Union County, Oregon.
