NOTICE: ALTHOUGH WE ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR, THIS NOTICE IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, BUT TO RELAY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR DEED OF TRUST. ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE USED FOR PURPOSES OF FORECLOSING THE DEED OF TRUST DESCRIBED BELOW.

Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Richard D. Crawford and Beverly Crawford, husband and wife., as grantor, to Eastern Oregon Title, as trustee, in favor of Household Finance Corporation II, as beneficiary, dated November 25, 1998, recorded December 1, 1998, in the mortgage records of Union County, Oregon, as Recording number 987294, covering the following descried real property situated in said county and state, to-wit:

Commencing at the northwest corner of Block numbered nine (9) of RYNEARSON'S ADDITION to La Grande, Union County, Oregon; thence East 66 feet; thence South 125 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 125 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM 10 feet in width off of the rear of said premises for an alley, Being a part of lots numbered six (6) and seven (7) in Block numbered nine (9) of Rynearson's Addition to La Grande, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition.

Both the beneficiary and the trustee, Krista L. White, have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed an a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statues 86.753(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's failure to pay the following sums:

By reason of said default, the beneficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligation secured by said trust deed immediately due and payable, said sums being the following, to wit:

Unpaid balance is $65,066.43 as of December 14, 2006. In addition there are attorney's fees and foreclosure costs which as of the date of this notice are estimated to be $2,500.00. Interest, late charges and advances for the protection and preservation of the property may accrue after the date of this notice

WHEREFORE, notice hereby is given that the undersigned trustee, Krista L. White, will on April 25, 2007 at the hour of 11:00 am, in accord with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the front entrance to the Union County Courthouse located at 1001 4th Street, La Grande, State of Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the said described real property which the grantor had or had power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the said trust deed together with any interest which the grantor or grantor's successors in interest acquired after the execution of said trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee.

Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.753 has the right, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred), paying all advances authorized under the trust deed, including all costs and expenses incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, and by curing any other default complained of therein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or rust deed, and in addition to paying said sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the defaut, by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, together with trustee's and attorney's fees not exceeding the amounts provided by said ORS 86.753.

Interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by said deed, and the words "trustee" and "beneficiary" include their respective successors in interest, if any.

A default has occurred under the terms of a trust deed made by Buddy R. Also, please be advised that pursuant to the terms stated on the Deed of Trust and Note, the beneficiary is allowed to conduct property inspections while property is in default. This shall serve as notice that the beneficiary shall be conducting property inspections on the said referenced property.

The Fair Debt Collection Practice Act requires that we state the following: This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

BIDS DUE 2:00 PM - MARCH 14, 2007

Sealed Proposals for the construction of RUNWAY 16-34 AND TAXIWAY IMPROVEMENTS, AIP Project No. 3-41-0031.010, at La Grande/Union County Airport shall be addressed to and received at the Union County Commissioner's Office, Attention: Dennis Spray, Director of General Services, 1106 ‘K' Avenue, La Grande, OR 97850, phone 541-963-1001, not later than 2:00 p.m. local time, on the 14th day of March, 2007, and immediately thereafter the Bids will be publicly opened and read at the same location.

Bids submitted after the above-specified time shall not be received or opened.

An optional prebid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2007, at the La Grande/Union County Airport Terminal Building.

The major construction elements for this project include an asphalt pavement overlay of Runway 16-34; crack seal, repair, and asphalt overlay of Taxiway A including a portion of which is to be reconstructed; reconstruction of connector Taxiway B; and an asphalt overlay of connector Taxiway D.

Drawings and Specifications may be examined at Union County, 1106 ‘K' Avenue, La Grande, OR 97850, or at the office of the Engineer, David Evans and Associates, Inc., 1128 NE Second Street, Suite 201, Corvallis, Oregon 97330; phone 541/754-0043.

A copy of the Documents may be obtained from the Engineer's Corvallis office upon payment of $50.00 for each Document. Return of the Documents is not required, and the amount paid for the Documents is nonrefundable.

The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents.

Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the provisions of the President's Executive Order No. 11246 concerning equal employment opportunity, including all amendments and requirements issued thereunder. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this Order are explained in the Contract Documents.

The Bidder must agree that the requirements and conditions of employment be observed and minimum wage rates be paid under the Contract. The contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a).

Union County reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond 30 days from the bid opening date.

Impounding of Personal Property

1. Notice is hereby given as provided by 36 CFR 262.12 that the personal property described in paragraph 2 below is now in violation of law or regulation on the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, La Grande Ranger District at the gravel pit at the junction of Forest Service road 5110 and 020 and shall be impounded by direction of the USDA Forest Service on or after March 1st, 2007 if the same is not previously removed permanently from the area.

2. The property consists of: One motor home with no license plate

3. After the impoundment, the owner may regain possession by contacting the Law Enforcement Officer at 541-523-1982 and paying the costs of advertising, removing, and storing the property. If the property is not redeemed prior to June 1st, 2007, it may be offered for sale at public auction after the date.
