Box 608 Enterprise, Oregon 97828 (541) 426-2080 Publish: January 22, 29, 2007; February 5, 12, 2007 Legal no. 2652 ___________________ ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cove School District 803 Main Street Cove, Oregon 97824 The Cove School District in Cove, Oregon is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP), including Statements of Qualifications, from design-builders for services to be provided for design and construction of a High School Addition, brick wainscoting and residing of high school facilities, and other appurtenances under the design-build contracting method in accordance with OAR 137-040-0520 through 137-040-0560. Based on evaluation of the proposals and competitive negotiations, the District intends to enter into a design-build contract with the final successful design-builder. For a design-builder to be considered, eight (8) copies of the design-builder's Proposal shall be submitted to Jeff Clark, at the Cove School, 803 Main Street, Cove, Oregon 97824. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., February 15, 2007. Copies of the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) packet may be obtained after January 16, 2007, from the Cove School District upon a non-refundable payment of $50.00 for each set. The design-builders shall provide their mailing address, telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail address when documents are requested. Pre-proposal tour is scheduled for February 1 at 12:30 PM at Cove High School, 803 Main St. Cove, OR.
