LEGALS FOR THE DAY OF JAN. 8, 2007

ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS:

Sealed Bids for Internet Services for Cove School District 15, Elgin School District 23, Imbler School District, and Union-Baker Education Service district will be received at the Union-Baker Education Service District Office, 10100 N. McAlister, Island City, OR 97850 until 1:30 p.m., February 2, 2007. At this time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid documents are available at http:www.ubesd.k12.or.us/RFP or at the Union-Baker ESD office in Island City, OR, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. All bidders must be members of the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Program (E-Rate) and be willing to accept E-Rate discounts as a form of payment. This project will be funded only by E-Rate discounts and other grants obtained by the School District. The scope of work for this project shall include, but not be limited to all necessary crafts required by the nature of the specific project. For further information please call Cheryle Zollman at 541-975-5604.

Cove School District 15, Elgin School District 23, Imbler School District, and Union-Baker ESD may reject any bids not in compliance with all prescribed requirements, with all public bidding procedures and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon a finding of the district that it is in the public interest to do so.
