NOTICE OF HEARING UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEASURE 37 CLAIM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, Wednesday, December 6, 2006, 10:00 a.m., Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, will consider a Measure 37 claim submitted by Cop Copi Crops, LTD., D. Rahn Hostetter, agent, to create six 5 acre parcels leaving a remainder of 1045.74 acres. The subject property is located north of the City of Cove and is described as Twp. 2S, Range 40 EWM, Tax Lot 3801 and Twp. 3S, Range 40EWM, Tax Lots 400 & 700, about 1,075.74 total acres, in A-1 Exclusive Farm Use & A-4 Timber Grazing Zones. The current owners acquired the subject property on June 2, 2006.
