The Elgin School District will acquire all other permit as required. 1. Renovation of side parking lot and turn around project: Excavate entire parking lot and side grass area. Add 4"minus quarry aggregate compact base rock one foot thick, covered by 3/4 crushed rock 2" thick. Based rock must be approved prior to bid opening, submit a 5 gallon bucket.
