**Advertisement for Bids** STELLA MAYFIELD TURN AROUND PARKING LOT PROJECT (Excavation and concrete sidewalks only) The Elgin School District #23 invites bids for renovation of the Stella Mayfield side parking lot and turn around project. Bidders will provide Elgin School District with copies of certification and/or licenses. All construction will comply with Oregon Codes as well as the engineering blueprints for this project. The Elgin School District will acquire all other permit as required. 1. Renovation of side parking lot and turn around project: Excavate entire parking lot and side grass area. Add 4"minus quarry aggregate compact base rock one foot thick, covered by 3/4 crushed rock 2" thick. Based rock must be approved prior to bid opening, submit a 5 gallon bucket. Pour new concrete sidewalks around and through parking lot. CLOSING DATE FOR COMPLETION OF BID October 31st, 2007.
