Public notice for the day of April 14, 2009

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Cove School District, Union County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 will be held in the high school math room at 803 Main Street, Cove, OR. The meeting will take place on May 5, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 6, 2009 at the school office, between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

The meeting will take place on May 6, 2009 at 10:00 AM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected on or after May 4, 2009 at 770 E Fulton St. Cemetery Office between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
This is a public meet where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
