The application was amended July 17, 2009. The station is licensed to Jamie Werner to serve the area of La Grande, OR. The proposed assignee is Vincent Shiflet. K266AJ operates on channel 266 with .205 kilowatts of power from a transmitter located at 45-20-52 North, 118-7-5 West. K266AJ will rebroadcast station KLKY, 241, Stanfield, OR.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Wallowa County Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Wallowa County Courthouse. The agenda for this meeting will include
HB3326 Review Criteria – Proposal to establish refined review criteria for the provisions of HB3326 within the Exclusive Farm Use zone (Article 15). If approved, this proposal will revise Article 15 by including refined review criteria for all non-farm land partitions and non-farm single family dwelling applications under HB3326.
This matter will be reviewed for conformance to the WCCLUP and the WCLDO and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon. The request and draft staff report may be reviewed in the Planning Department. Written comments must be received by the Wallowa County Planning Department -101 S. River St. Room B-1, Enterprise, OR 97828 - by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Oral comments may be given at the time of the hearing which is open to the public.
