ORDINANCE CONSIDERATION The Union County Board of Commissioners meeting in regular session on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 will consider at 10:00 a.m. the adoption of Ordinance 2010-01, IN THE MATTER OF ORDINANCE ADOPTING RULES FOR CONDUCTING ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS FOR PUBLIC HEALTH INSPECTIONS; DELEGATION FROM THE STATE HEALTH DIVISION. The meeting will be held in the Joseph Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Avenue, La Grande, Oregon. Interested citizens may appear and offer comments on the ordinance. Copies of the draft ordinance may be obtained from the Union County Commissioners Office at 1106 K Avenue, La Grande.
