TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Susan B. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 401 PATTEN ST SUMMERVILLE, OR 97876 Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of $1,018.11 beginning 12/01/08; plus late charges of $40.72 each month beginning 12/16/08; plus prior accrued late charges of $162.88; plus advances of $84.00; together with title expense, costs, trustee's fees and attorney's fees incurred herein by reason of said default; any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein; and prepayment penalties/premiums, if applicable. TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by KENNETH MICHRINA as grantor, to JONEL K. RICKER, as Successor Trustee, in favor of JODI MARIE GEORGE and CECIL DEAN GEORGE, as beneficiary, dated July 18, 2002, recorded on July 25, 2002, in the records of Union County, Oregon, as microfilm No. 20024344, covering the following described real property situated in that county and state, to wit: Beginning at a point 520 feet south of the southwest corner of Block 23 of the original town of Union, Oregon (said point being the northeast corner of the intersection of Harrison and Bellwood Streets in said town of Union); thence North 78 feet; thence East 106 feet; thence South 78 feet; thence West 106 feet of the point of beginning.
SITUATE IN the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 40 East of the Willamette Meridian, County of Union, State of Oregon.
Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made in grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: Monthly installments of $400.00 for a total of $6,400.00 from August 2002 through August 2008.
