General Contract bidders are invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at 104 North Pine Street before 3 pm local daylight time on the1st day of September, 2009, for the following project: Wallowa City Hall, Tenant Improvements. B. Project Description: Design and Build Interior Office, in south end of existing Fire Hall, using original Fire Hall Plans. C. The Hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to install training props and conduct training exercises. The property is situated in the PF Public Facilities Zone. Property is adjacent to the Union County Fairgrounds, Southeast of the Second/Cedar intersection,T2S, R38E, Section 31, Tax Lot 1700, La Grande, Union County, Oregon. The applicant is City of La Grande. The applicable land use regulations are found in Chapter 8, Article 8.5 of the City of La Grande Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3081, Series 2009. Failure to raise a specific issue at the Public Hearing precludes appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision.
