Notice of Permit
Amendment T-10776
T-10776 filed by Shawn Bingaman, P.O. Box 143, Imbler, Oregon 97841, proposes a change in point of appropriation and a change in place of use under Permit G-15875. The permit allows the use of 1.93 cubic feet per second (priority date October 22, 2004) from a well in Sec. 27, T 2 S, R 38 E, W.M. (Grande Ronde Basin) for irrigation in Sects. 21 and 22. The applicant proposes to move the point of appropriation approximately 2800 feet north (Sec. 22, T 2 S, R 38 E, W.M.) and to change the place of use to Sec. 22, T 2 S, R 38 E, W.M. The Water Resources Department has concluded that the proposed permit amendment appears to be consistent with the requirements of ORS 537.211.
