NOTICE TO INTERESTED
The Budget Committee of the Central and Eastern Oregon Juvenile Justice Consortium (CEOJJC) will meet at 10:00 am (PDT) on April 2, 2009 at the Malheur National Forest Office, 431 Patterson Bridge Rd, John Day, OR 97845. This is a public meeting when deliberations concerning the 09-10 fiscal year budget will take place and any person may make a presentation. A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Island City Cemetery Maintenance District, Union County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 will be held at 10605 Island Avenue, Island City. The meeting will take place on the 1st day of April, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. No.: 1128450-09 Reference is made to that certain deed made by David D Bennett, Unmarried Person, as First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, in favor of Bank of America, N.a., as Beneficiary, dated July 21, 2005, recorded July 25, 2005, in official records of Union, Oregon in book/reel/volume No. xx at page No. xx, fee/file/Instrument/microfilm/reception No. 20053872 covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: The north 50 feet of outlot 158 of chaplins supplemental addition to the town of la grande "b", Union county, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition. Commonly known as: 2712 N Ash St La Grande Or 97850-2733. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor’s: Failure to pay the monthly payment due july 1, 2007 of principal, interest and impounds and subsequent installments due thereafter; plus late charges; together with all subsequent sums advanced by beneficiary pursuant to the terms and conditions of said deed of trust.
