Pursuant to ORS 477.250, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Northeast Oregon Forest Protection (NEO) District Office, 611 20th Street, La Grande, Oregon, on Monday, April 13, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., to receive from any interested persons suggestions, advice, objections or remonstrance’s to the proposed budget for the forest protection district. A copy of the tentative budget for the forest protection district may be inspected during normal working hours. To ensure the broadest range of services to individuals with disabilities persons requiring special arrangements should contact 541-963-3168 at least two working days in advance.

Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.753 has the right, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale, to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the Trust Deed reinstated by payment to the Beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or Trust Deed, and in addition to paying said sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and Trust Deed, together with the Trustee's and attorney's fees not exceeding the amounts provided by OSRS 86.753. In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word "grantor" includes any successor in interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by said Trust Deed, and the words "Trustee" and "Beneficiary" include their respective successors in interest, if any. NOTICE OF HEARING IMBLER CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY CHANGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Imbler City Council, meeting in regular session, April 6, 2009, at 7:00 pm, Imbler City Hall, will consider an application for approval and potential adoption by ordinance submitted by Laura McKinnis to expand the City of Imbler Urban Growth Boundary. The subject property is located directly west of the city limits and is described as Twp 1S, Range 39, EWM, Section 20CD, Tax Lot 2800. The plans and rezoning designations would change from A-1 Exclusive Farm Use Zone to the City of Imbler’s Residential Zone. The City Council will accept testimony and make a recommendation to the Union County Planning Commission.
The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in the City of Imbler Land Use Plan under Goal 14 Urbanization and City of Imbler Zoning and Partition and Subdivision Ordinances. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The application and all information related to the proposal are available for review at no cost and copies can be supplied at a reasonable cost.
