IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR UNION COUNTY
NOTICE IS GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners will be conducting a hearing on Monday, April 6th, 2008, beginning at 10:15 a.m., in the Main Floor Conference Room of the Wallowa County Courthouse. This will be a hearing to consider an ordinance authorizing Wallowa County to enter into an agreement between Oregon units of local government creating an Association to promote Community Based Renewable Energy (CREA). MEETING AND HEARINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THOSE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SO. NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Blue Mountain Translator District, Baker and Union Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010 will be held at the Farm Bureau Hall, Hwy 82, Island City, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 6th day of April 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 8th, 2009 at the Union County Clerk’s Office, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
