Notice of first Meeting of the Budget Committee

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Imbler School district #11 will be May 26, 2009, at 7:00 PM in Room #1 of Imbler High School. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 26, 2009, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the Imbler High School Office. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs wit the Budget Committee.

The meeting will take place on the 20th of May at 7:00 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
