Request for Qualifications The Malheur Council on Aging & Community Services is now accepting applications to establish qualified Contractors for the installation of weatherization measures and readiness repairs to income-eligible homes in Malheur County. Applicants must be bonded, registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Certified in Weatherization Lead Safe Practices, have a minimum of five years as a General Contractor and carry liability and workers compensation insurance. They must also adhere to all ORS statutes pertaining to employer/employee relations. Minority and women owned contractors are encouraged to respond.
